Miley Cyrus has some advice for the new bad boy Justin Bieber. Yeh! Bad girl Miley gave some advice.Miley appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno last night. She told, “Party at your house. Buy a house, and add a club to it”.

She also revealed that she mentored justin bieber in a way,"“I do mentor him in a way. Because I’ve been doing this s— for a long time, and I already transitioned [to being an entertainer for adults], and I don’t think he’s quite done it yet….He’s trying really hard.Once again, Miley proves she's the smartest pop star in the room today.
