The Way of The Dragon is my choice. It was the "immovable object versus the irresistable force." Bruce versus Chuck Norris. Chuck Norris for God's sake! You folks can correct me if I am wrong here but it was probably the first and last time we saw Chuck loose on screen.

Jeet kune do, Bruce Lee's style he personally developed, heavily focused on using whatever was necessary to end a fight the fastest. Hence why he called it a "style without style." He even demonstrated how biting can be effective in one of his guest appearances on the show Longstreet, where if you are in a headlock and your limbs are rendered useless, it's not off-limits to bite. "Are we not animals?"
Jujutsu is another example. Especially considering the grappling. And that's a lot older and more popular than Bruce Lee's style. So it's not even a question of something he made up. There's also eye gouging in Jujutsu. The whole " traditional martial arts are only tournament friendly moves" is a ridiculous misconception.
